How the clinical forms work
- Fill it out. Open Clinicals and pick the Clinical Form or the Patient Contact Form. Fill in what applies.
- The preceptor signs. Tap the signature box and the preceptor signs with a finger on a full-screen box. Or tap “Show QR code” and they sign on their own phone.
- Signing locks the answers. Once the preceptor signs, the answers that signature covers turn gray and can’t be changed. To change one, remove the signature and have the preceptor sign again.
- Download the PDF. You get a clean clinical form, filled in and signed, ready to turn in.
- Check code. If the preceptor signed on their own phone, the PDF has a code at the bottom. Your instructor can enter it at paramedicpelican.app/verify to see exactly what the preceptor signed.
